The Aldine Mustangs crushed the visiting Alief Elsik Rams baseball team by a count of 12-2 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eisenhower for a 6A Region II District 14 bout on Tuesday, March 16. Aldine will face a Eagles team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.

Next, the Rams face the Pearland Oilers (Pearland, TX) in a 6A Region III District 23 bout, on Tuesday, March 16. Alief Elsik will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Oilers enter the bout with a 12-3 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Conroe (Conroe, TX).
