In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) volleyball squad knocked off the host Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Thunder battle the Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 16. Discovery Canyon will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record.

With the loss, Douglas County drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Huskies host Ponderosa (Parker, CO) to battle the Mustangs in a Continental contest on Thursday, March 14. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 3-1. Ponderosa won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Vista PEAK Prep (Aurora, CO)
