The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) and the visiting Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC), saw West Rowan's baseball team gain a win over Alexander Central by a tally of 15-5.

The Falcons (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Northwest Cabarrus was overwhelmed by Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC), 9-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cougars clash with the North Davidson Black Knights (Lexington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 14. Alexander Central will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record.
