North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC), 7-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, North Iredell moves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC) to confront the Falcons in a non-league match on Monday, March 17. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 2-1.

The Cougars now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Davidson for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 11. Alexander Central will confront a Black Knights squad coming off a 3-3 non-league West Stokes (King, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 2-2.
