Texas High School Softball - Little River Academy bounces Rogers
March 12, 2025: Rogers, TX 76569 The Little River Academy Bumblebees softball team scored 22 runs and held the host Rogers Eagles to 1 in the Bumblebees league win on Wednesday.
The Bumblebees now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to C.H. Yoe for a 3A Region III District 19 battle on Tuesday, March 18. Little River Academy will confront a Yoemen team coming off a 8-2 league win over Rockdale (Rockdale, TX). The Yoemen record now stands at 10-7.
With the loss, Rogers moves to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles host Franklin (Franklin, TX) to confront the Lions in a 3A Region III District 19 battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 16-2. Franklin won 11-8 in their recent league battle against Thrall (Thrall, TX)
