The McLane Highlanders softball squad (Fresno, CA), was routed 14-2 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Selma Bears (Selma, CA)

With the triumph, Selma improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Bears travel to Dinuba (Dinuba, CA) to face the Emperors in a non-league contest on Friday, March 20. The Emperors enter the contest with a record of 7-2. Dinuba won 9-4 in their recent non-league match against Sierra Pacific (Hanford, CA)

In their next game, the Highlanders battle the Sunnyside Wildcats (Fresno, CA) in a match, on Friday, April 24. McLane will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
