The Steele Knights the visiting Clemens Buffaloes softball squad by a count of 6-2 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Knights play the East Central Hornets (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 battle, on Tuesday, March 17. Steele will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Hornets come into the battle with a 18-3 record after their 12-2 league win over Judson (Converse, TX).

With the loss, Clemens moves to 13-5 on the season. The Buffaloes host San Marcos (San Marcos, TX) to confront the Rattlers in a 6A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, March 17.
