The Pontotoc Warriors triumphed over the host Corinth Warriors softball squad by a count of 13-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Warriors now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McNairy Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 12. Pontotoc will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Camden Central (Camden, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Corinth falls to 5-8 on the year. The Warriors host Alcorn Central (Glen, MS) to meet the Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 12.
