The Munford Cougars softball team scored 22 runs and held the visiting Halls Tigers to 12 in the Cougars non-league win on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millington Central for a non-league battle on Friday, March 13. Munford will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 16-6 non-league win over Bartlett (Bartlett, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.
