The Highland Tech Rams baseball squad (Gastonia, NC), was overwhelmed 15-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC)

With the triumph, Burns moves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Polk County (Columbus, NC) to confront the Wolverines in a non-league contest on Monday, March 17. The Wolverines come into the contest with a record of 4-3. Polk County lost 4-0 in their recent league contest against R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC)

The Rams now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont Community Charter for a non-league contest on Monday, March 17. Highland Tech will confront a Patriots squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-5.
