Georgia High School Soccer - Academy for Classical Education knocks off Calvary Christian
March 13, 2025: Columbus, GA 31909 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Academy for Classical Education Gryphons soccer squad scored a tight 7-0 win over the Calvary Christian Knights.
The Gryphons (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Brookstone (Columbus, GA). The Cougars enter the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Brookstone tipped Westfield School (Perry, GA), 7-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Knights confront the St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings (Columbus, GA) in a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 5 outing, on Tuesday, March 18. Calvary Christian will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 7-0 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Dothan (Dothan, AL).
