March 4, 2025: Macon, GA 31210 St. Anne-Pacelli Vikings (Columbus, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, St. Anne-Pacelli advances its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Westfield School (Perry, GA) to clash with the Hornets in a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 5 test on Tuesday, March 11. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 3-1. Westfield School 3-3 in their recent league test against Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA)
The Gryphons now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dodge County for a 1A D-I Region 2 test on Friday, March 7. Academy for Classical Education will clash with a Indians team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Washington County (Sandersville, GA). The Indians record now stands at 4-1.
