In Friday's league game, the visiting Lambert Longhorns baseball team scored a close 7-2 win over the Alpharetta Raiders.

The Longhorns (7-7) will now prepare for their game against South Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The War Eagles go into the AAAAAA Region 6 match with a 7-8 record. In their last match, South Forsyth was overwhelmed by West Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 10-4, in a league match.
