The Biggs Wolverines overwhelmed the host CORE Butte Lynx softball squad by a count of 16-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Wolverines meet the South Fork Cubs (Miranda, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 13. Biggs will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Cubs go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA).

With the loss, CORE Butte moves to 0-3 on the season. The Lynx travel to Chester (Chester, CA) to encounter the Volcanoes in a non-league battle on Friday, March 13.
