The Chiefland Indians the visiting Vanguard Knights baseball team by a count of 5-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Indians now possess a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamilton County for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 16. Chiefland will face a Trojans team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Bradford (Starke, FL). The Trojans record now stands at 7-3.

Next, the Knights face the Williston Red Devils (Williston, FL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 15. Vanguard will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Red Devils enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Seven Rivers Christian (Lecanto, FL).
