Next, the Spartans face the Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA) in a 6A Region 5 contest, on Thursday, March 16. South Paulding will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Patriots enter the contest with a 6-5 record after their 6-0 league win over Langston Hughes (Fairburn, GA).
The Wildcats now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calhoun for a 5A Region 7 contest on Friday, March 17. Woodland will face a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 2-0 league win over Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 6-3.
