The Hickory Red Tornadoes baseball team (Hickory, NC), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC)

The Mustangs now hold a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln Charter for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 16. East Lincoln will confront a Eagles team coming off a 4-3 league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.

Next, the Red Tornadoes confront the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 16. Hickory will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC).
