Florida High School Softball - Piper bounces Deerfield Beach
March 14, 2023: Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 Piper Bengals (Sunrise, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Deerfield Beach Bucks (Deerfield Beach, FL), 15-0 in a league challenge.
The Bengals now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Miramar for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27. Piper will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to Hollywood Hills (Hollywood, FL). The Patriots record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Deerfield Beach falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Bucks host Taravella (Coral Springs, FL) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 16. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 4-2. Taravella won 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Everglades (Miramar, FL)
