Alabama High School Baseball - Weaver loses to Piedmont
March 14, 2024: Piedmont, AL 36272 The Piedmont Bulldogs baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Weaver Bearcats to 2 in the Bulldogs league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Fort Payne (Fort Payne, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 13-2 record. In their last match, Fort Payne gained a win over Gadsden City (Gadsden, AL), 7-6, in a league match.
The Bearcats (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, AL). The Thunder go into the non-league match with a 3-4 record. In their last match, Jacksonville Christian Academy gained a win over Saks (Anniston, AL), 11-1, in a non-league match.
