The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Augusta Eagles Eagles (Martinez, GA) and the visiting Briarwood Academy Buccaneers (Warrenton, GA), saw Augusta Eagles's baseball team gain a win over Briarwood Academy by a tally of 12-0.

The Eagles (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Providence Athletic Club (Columbia, SC). The Panthers enter the Tri-State Independent battle with a 0-5 record.

Next, the Buccaneers face the Northside Christian Academy Crusaders (Lexington, SC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 17. Briarwood Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
