The United Longhorns baseball squad (Laredo, TX), was overwhelmed 10-1 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX)

With the triumph, Sinton moves its record to 8-5 on the season. The Pirates host London (Corpus Christi, TX) to confront the Pirates in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 15. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 13-4. London won 9-2 in their recent non-league contest against Goliad (Goliad, TX)

The Longhorns now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host United South for a 6A Region IV District 30 contest on Tuesday, March 18. United will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Alexander (Laredo, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 13-6.
