Alaska High School Basketball - Unalakleet holds off Seward
March 14, 2025: Unalakleet, AK 99684 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Unalakleet Wolfpack basketball team scored a close 44-42 triumph over the Seward Seahawks.
The Wolfpack (23-5) will now prepare for their battle against Cordova (Cordova, AK). The Wolverines enter the non-league battle with a 17-6 record. In their last battle, Cordova tipped Metlakatla (Metlakatla, AK), 46-45, in a non-league battle.
The Seahawks now own a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metlakatla for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 15. Seward will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 66-33 non-league win over Chevak (Chevak, AK). The Chiefs record now stands at 21-4.
