Alaska High School Basketball - Metlakatla fells Unalakleet
February 22, 2025: Metlakatla, AK 99926 The Metlakatla Chiefs basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Unalakleet Wolfpack to 41 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Chiefs now have a 18-3 record. They play next when they host Mt. Edgecumbe for a non-league game on Thursday, February 27.
With the loss, Unalakleet falls to 15-5 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Dillingham (Dillingham, AK) to confront the Wolverines in a 2A Northwest game on Friday, February 28. The Wolverines go into the game with a record of 7-7.
