In Friday's league test, the McCallum Knights (Austin, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cedar Creek Eagles (Cedar Creek, TX), by a count of 17-1.

Next, the Knights meet the Richards School for Young Women Leaders (Austin, TX) in a 5A Region III District 24 test, on Monday, March 17. McCallum will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The go into the test with a 0-5 record after their 29-0 league loss to Anderson (Austin, TX).

The Eagles (1-14) will now prepare for their test against Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin (Austin, TX). The Raptors go into the 5A Region III District 24 test with a 8-2 record.
