March 15, 2022: Atlanta, GA 30328 The Riverwood Raiders soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs to 0 in the Raiders league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Raiders face the Chattahoochee Cougars (Alpharetta, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 7 contest, on Friday, March 18. Riverwood will attempt to better on its 10-2 season record. The Cougars enter the contest with a 2-6 record after their 7-0 league loss to River Ridge (Woodstock, GA).
The Chiefs now have a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a AAAAAA Region 7 contest on Friday, March 18. Sequoyah will face a Knights team coming off a 2-0 league win over Cambridge (Milton, GA). The Knights record now stands at 10-2.
