March 15, 2023: Camden, SC 29020 Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Camden Bulldogs (Camden, SC), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Andrew Jackson upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Volunteers travel to Central (Pageland, SC) to battle the Eagles in a 2A Region 5 test on Friday, March 17. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-1. Central lost 13-3 in their recent league test against Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC)
With the defeat, Camden falls to 1-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Crestwood (Sumter, SC) to battle the Knights in a 3A Region 6 test on Friday, March 17. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-2.
