The Paulding County Patriots crushed the host New Manchester Jaguar baseball team by a count of 25-8 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Patriots now possess a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newnan for a 6A Area 5 bout on Friday, March 17. Paulding County will face a Cougars team coming off a 9-1 league win over Langston Hughes (Fairburn, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-9.

Next, the Jaguar face the East Paulding Raiders (Dallas, GA) in a 6A Area 5 bout, on Friday, March 17. New Manchester will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 10-6 record after their 12-0 league win over Douglas County (Douglasville, GA).
