With the win, Currituck County advances its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC) to play the Bears in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing on Thursday, March 16. The Bears go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Hertford County lost 6-1 in their recent league contest against Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC)
The Bruins now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cape Hatteras for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 16. Camden County will face a Hurricanes team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Camden County (Camden, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-3.
