Norco Cougars (Norco, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA), 13-2 in a league challenge.

The Cougars now sport a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to La Habra for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. Norco will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Upland (Upland, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Centennial falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Huskies host Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA) to face the Mustangs in a Big VIII challenge on Wednesday, March 20. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 6-5. Roosevelt won 9-1 in their recent league challenge against Santiago (Corona, CA)
