Louisiana High School Softball - Cedar Creek falls to Oak Grove
March 16, 2024: Ruston, LA 71270 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Oak Grove Tigers softball squad scored a good 19-9 win over the Cedar Creek Cougars.
The Tigers now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Monroe for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. Oak Grove will face a Rebels squad coming off a 12-11 league loss to Alexandria (Alexandria, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 10-9.
With the loss, Cedar Creek falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to St. Frederick (Monroe, LA) to face the Warriors in a 1A District 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 19. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 11-5. St. Frederick lost 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Jena (Jena, LA)
