Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Foothill Mustangs (Sacramento, CA), 12-11 in a non-league test.

The Wildfires now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Delta for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 17. Foresthill will play a Saints team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Adventure Christian (Roseville, CA). The Saints record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Foothill drops to 3-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Fairfield (Fairfield, CA) to battle the Falcons in a Greater Sacramento outing on Tuesday, March 17. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 5-4. Fairfield won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Napa (Napa, CA)
