With the triumph, Franklin moves its record to 10-3 on the season. The Hornets host West St. Mary (Baldwin, LA) to battle the Wolfpack in a 2A District 7 match on Thursday, March 20. The Wolfpack come into the match with a record of 2-5. West St. Mary lost 15-0 in their recent league match against Delcambre (Delcambre, LA)
The Tigers now possess a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centerville for a 1A District 7 match on Tuesday, March 18. Jeanerette will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-1.
