The Burley Bobcats softball squad (Burley, ID), was routed 15-12 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Rigby Trojans (Rigby, ID)

With the triumph, Rigby improves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Trojans host Shelley (Shelley, ID) to face the Russets in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 19. The Russets enter the contest with a record of 4-1. Shelley won 20-9 in their recent non-league bout against Altamont (Altamont, UT)

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Blackfoot Broncos (Blackfoot, ID) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 18. Burley will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Madison (Rexburg, ID).
