The High Point Central Bison baseball team (High Point, NC), was overwhelmed 12-1 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC)

The Wildcats now hold a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence Grove for a non-league outing on Monday, March 21. Eastern Guilford will confront a Patriots team coming off a 10-6 league win over Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-3.

Next, the Bison confront the Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC) in a Mid-State 3A outing, on Tuesday, March 22. High Point Central will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record.
