March 18, 2022: Robbins, NC 27325 The Jordan-Matthews Jets baseball team (Siler City, NC), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Friday's league outing with the host North Moore Mustangs (Robbins, NC)
The Mustangs now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chatham Central for a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A outing on Tuesday, March 22. North Moore will face a Bears team coming off a 19-1 league win over Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC). The Bears record now stands at 2-2.
Next, the Jets face the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 22. Jordan-Matthews will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 5-3 record after their 8-1 non-league win over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).
