Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC), 7-2 in a league test.

With the win, Southern Guilford upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Storm host Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC) to battle the Camels in a Mid-State 3A test on Tuesday, March 22.
