The Natchitoches Central Chiefs baseball team (Natchitoches, LA), was overwhelmed 11-3 in Saturday's league outing with the visiting Benton Tigers (Benton, LA)

The Tigers now hold a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeRidder for a non-league outing on Monday, March 20. Benton will confront a Dragons team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to St. Louis Catholic (Lake Charles, LA). The Dragons record now stands at 3-8.
