California High School Volleyball - Avalon tips AGBU
March 18, 2023: Avalon, CA 90704 Avalon Lancers (Avalon, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting AGBU Titans (Canoga Park, CA), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lancers battle the Tarbut V' Torah Lions (Irvine, CA) in a match, on Thursday, March 23. Avalon will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Acaciawood (Anaheim, CA).
With the loss, AGBU drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) (Los Angeles, CA) to battle the Panthers in a Liberty game on Monday, March 20.
