March 18, 2025: Hornbeck, LA 71439 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Hornbeck Hornets (Hornbeck, LA) and the visiting Fairview Panthers (Grant, LA), saw Hornbeck's baseball team gain a win over Fairview by a tally of 16-1.
The Hornets (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, LA). The Eagles enter the C District 3 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Pleasant Hill was overwhelmed by Ringgold (Ringgold, LA), 16-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers face the Grand Lake Hornets (Lake Charles, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 22. Fairview will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 13-5 record after their 12-2 non-league win over East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA).
