Louisiana High School Baseball - Hicks wallops Hornbeck
March 8, 2025: Hornbeck, LA 71439 In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Hicks Pirates baseball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Hornbeck Hornets.
The Pirates (8-2) will now prepare for their game against Florien (Florien, LA). The Blackcats go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Florien was overwhelmed by Northwood (Shreveport, LA), 10-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Hornets play the Negreet Indians (Negreet, LA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 10. Hornbeck will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Indians go into the game with a 2-8 record after their 21-7 non-league win over Pickering (Leesville, LA).
