In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Potomac Falls Panthers baseball team scored a close 12-8 win over the John Champe Knights.

The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Meridian (Falls Church, VA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Meridian was overwhelmed by Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA), 8-2, in a non-league game.
