Texas High School Softball - Jarrell gets by Taylor
March 18, 2025: Taylor, TX 76574 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Jarrell Cougars (Jarrell, TX) and the host Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX), observed Jarrell's softball team get by Taylor by a tally of 6-5.
The Cougars (5-13) will now prepare for their bout against Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX). The Mustangs go into the 4A Region III District 24 bout with a 9-8 record. In their last bout, Marble Falls was nipped by Salado (Salado, TX), 15-3, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Ducks clash with the Burnet Bulldogs (Burnet, TX) in a 4A Region III District 24 bout, on Friday, March 21. Taylor will attempt to advance on its 5-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-9 record after their 11-0 league win over Marble Falls (Marble Falls, TX).
