The Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) lacrosse triumphed over the host New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC), 19-5 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Broughton upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Capitals travel to Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC) to battle the Pride in a CAP 6 outing on Tuesday, March 22. The Pride go into the outing with a record of 5-2. Leesville Road won 18-1 in their recent non-league outing against Millbrook (Raleigh, NC)

With the defeat, New Bern drops to 2-4 on the season. The Bears travel to Havelock (Havelock, NC) to battle the Rams in a Big East outing on Monday, March 21. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Havelock won 4-3 in their recent non-league outing against Swansboro (Swansboro, NC)
