March 19, 2022: Florence, AL 35634 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Wilson Warriors (Florence, AL) and the visiting Colbert County Indians (Leighton, AL), saw Wilson's softball squad achieve victory over Colbert County by a count of 10-0.
The Warriors now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Phil Campbell for a non-league match on Saturday, March 19. Wilson will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Tharptown (Russellville, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Colbert County falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Lauderdale County (Rogersville, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, March 19. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 5-4. Lauderdale County won 13-3 in their recent league match against Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL)
