Texas High School Baseball - Lubbock loses to Coronado
March 19, 2024: Lubbock, TX 79410 In Tuesday's league game, the host Coronado Mustangs baseball team scored a tight 4-0 victory over the Lubbock Westerners.
The Mustangs (8-11) will now prepare for their game against Monterey (Lubbock, TX). The Plainsmen go into the 5A Region I District 4 game with a 10-13 record. In their last game, Monterey was overwhelmed by Abilene (Abilene, TX), 4-1, in a league game.
The Westerners (5-16) will now prepare for their game against Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs go into the 5A Region I District 4 game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Coronado tipped Monterey (Lubbock, TX), 3-2, in a league game.
