Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the host Cave Spring Knights (Roanoke, VA), 5-4 in a league battle.

The Bruins now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hidden Valley for a River Ridge battle on Thursday, April 4.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the William Byrd Terriers (Vinton, VA) in a River Ridge battle, on Thursday, April 4. Cave Spring will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Terriers come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 14-4 league win over Hidden Valley (Roanoke, VA).
