North Carolina High School Lacrosse - South Brunswick overwhelms New Hanover
March 19, 2024: Southport, NC 28461 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) and the visiting New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC), saw South Brunswick's lacrosse team overcome New Hanover by a margin of 9-2.
The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Screaming Eagle enter the Mideastern challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Ashley edged Laney (Wilmington, NC), 12-8, in a league challenge.
The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the Mideastern challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Topsail edged Hoggard (Wilmington, NC), 16-1, in a league challenge.
