March 19, 2024: York, SC 29745 Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the York Cougars (York, SC) and the visiting Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC), witnessed York's softball squad tip Lancaster by a count of 6-0.
The Cougars now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Union County for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 20. York will meet a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-3.
