Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mountain View Toros (Mesa, AZ), 11-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Corona del Sol advances its record to 8-2 on the season. The Aztecs host Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ) to battle the Stallions in a non-league match on Thursday, March 20. The Stallions come into the match with a record of 2-6. Shadow Ridge lost 8-2 in their recent non-league match against Westwood (Mesa, AZ)

The Toros now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a non-league match on Thursday, March 20. Mountain View will battle a Lions squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Kofa (Yuma, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 10-0.
