In Thursday's league match, the visiting Franklin Yellowjackets softball team scored a tight 16-10 victory over the Stagg Delta Kings.

The Yellowjackets (2-3) will now prepare for their match against McNair (Stockton, CA). The Eagles go into the San Joaquin Athletic Association match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, McNair was routed by Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA), 6-2, in a league match.
